You must register for school before applying for financial assistance or enrolling for any upcoming term. There is a registration fee during this process.

Once you have registered you can apply for financing up to 100% of tuition {fees cannot be financed} @ 8% for 36 mo. Payments will be $152.42

You must enroll into a program, not just register for school. This involves making a 20% refundable down payment [$1234] to secure your seat for the upcoming term. 4 additional 20% payments are due each month once the course begins.
